Supervisor, Architectural
Be responsible in Supervision, Site Coordination and Logistics of the full range of Architectural sub-contractor packages.
Work with sub-contractors to meet the schedule.
Read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Independant problem solving abilities for site installation and
Co ordination issues in a professional manner.
Have the ability to motivate and guide sub contractors through all
stages of their work scope up to handover.
Be responsible for ensuring construction procedures are adhered to.
Be responsible for instigating site testing and inspection regimes
where required.
Knowledge in MOM construction safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 5 years experience on Building Construction.
