Job Description:
- Responsible for the identification and implementation of molding projects designed to meet manufacturing outcomes such as reduction of total product cost, and improve product quality and project cycle time in the injection molding process
- Perform process development and validations tasks on injection molding and extrusion process within the plant and at supplier site
- Lead projects on Six Sigma to improve quality and productivity, Lean initiatives to reduce waste and cycle time, management of capital and spending budgets, and support supplier management initiatives
- Manage projects that involve material, equipment, and process changes through design change control activities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma
- Must have experience on molding injection as process engineer and tooling management
- 3-5 years experience
- Able to manage mold tooling, design on the tooling and molding process
