Job Title:Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Type:1 year roll-on contract
Description:
Managing the production of construction working drawings and standard details primarily for UK residential developments and occasional commercial / industrial projects.
Skills:
Having an excellent command of the English language, you will also need a strong technical background, be proficient in Auto Cad, and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the production of construction drawings and details in the UK sector or equivalent overseas. Knowledge of the UK Building Regulations would be preferred but not essential. Good communication skills and being a team player are fundamental.
