BRANCH MANAGERS
We are looking for high energy, achievement oriented individuals who are capable of providing strong leadership at our Banking Branches. You will be tasked with managing, coaching and motivating the staff at the Branches to achieve the sales targets of financial products and delivering stringent service quality standards on a consistent basis.
To facilitate you to succeed in this role, we are committed to provide you with the relevant training in areas of leadership, sales management techniques, service quality as well as world class support processes.
If you have a basic Degree, at least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales or sales supervisory, we will like to hear from you!
