* Cert/Dip in building maintenance services or security
* 2 to 5 years experience in building maintenance or security
* Able to handle building repairs and emergencies
* Physically fit and healthy (must pass medical test)
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin
* Ex-SAF or ex-police personnel preferred
