I am currently in the construction management business with a general contractor in Louisville, Kentucky. I am looking for a part time position to try and get 15-25 hours per week drafting from home. I carry seven years of experience in CAD drafting, and bring project management and construction skills along as well.
I am available to work on the following types of projects:
-Residential (single family or multifamily)
-Commercial (offices, retail, hospitality)
-Industrial (warehouses)
-Miscellaneous (millwork, cabinetry, shop drawings, as builts)
-Paper to Cad conversions, Redlines
I have the following at home to work from:
-Autocad 2000
-High speed internet
-Drafting table and drafting equipment
-Easy access to plotting/scanning service
