Responsibilities : · To provide information and assistance to customers and cross sell banking products in our Credit Card Centre. · Preferably to possess experience in consumer credit review.
Requirements : · A recognised University Degree in Business Administration. · At least 2 years' experience in customer service in the banking and finance environment. · Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage. . Preferably able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6:15pm. Alternate Saturday, 9am-1pm.
