| A deg in Electronics & Comms engineering or related specialized in networking technologies. A master degree specialized in data comms & networking will be an advantage. At least 6 years of software development experience as systems architect with sound knowledge of system architecture. Strong leadership & coaching skills to manage & mentor the software team contributing mainly in systems design & architecture. Strong comms skills to effectively communicate with team members & report to management for timely decisions. Strong programming skills in C & C++. Strong knowledge & experience in software development methodology like Software Quality Assurance. Strong knowledge/experience in GPRS/3GPP protocols. Knowledge of networking architecture & network protocols will be an added advantage. Experience in RTOS such as VxWorks & Windows, Linux & MacOS will be preferred. Experience in satellite communications will be an advantage. Strong analytical & problem solving skills are a must. |
