Working Hours: Mon – Thur (8:30am to 5:30pm).
Job scope includes helping teachers to look after detention classes, cover relief periods, assisting office staff in handling phone calls and enquiries, collation of Edusave Forms for teachers and monitoring of the cash collection from students with insufficient Edusave balance, preparing the payment summary details for enrichment programs, collation of survey forms, updating of staff leave records and other admin duties as and when required.
