Our client is a MNC company based in Singapore that provides innovative and effective environmental solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
1) Degree in facilities management or building services
2) At least 5 years in facilities management with relevant experience in managing A&A(i.e office renovation, M&E upgrading)works,leasing and contracts administration including specifications preparation,calling for tender,evaluation of prices,negotiations etc
3) Also experience in preparation and review of annual facilities and admin related budgets
4) Self driven with initiative
5) Able to perform under pressure & proactive
6) Excellent written and spoken skills,meticulous and detailed at work
