Responsibilities
· Inititates and coordinates timely repossession, redemption, reinstatement and recovery actions
· Monitors compliance with constructive notices, as required by pertinent laws and regulations
· Coordinates with and monitors external service providers (Repossessors, Valuers, Straits Times) performance levels
· Actively offers acquired vehicles for sale to external parties/2nd hand car dealers
· Maintains and manually monitors portfolio of performing shortfall accounts
· Prepare account brief and recommends appropriate agency/legal action for non-performing shortfall accounts
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year credit related experience
· Basic understanding of collections fundamentals
· Working knowledge of MAS/Regulatory Guidelines and relevant banking/commercial laws
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Persistent, assertive, organised and solution-oriented
