Job Scope:
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties
- Process Purchase Orders
- Arranging import shipments
- Liaise with Store on the storage planning and delivery
- Delivery planning and delivery following up
- Maintain the bar code system
- Request quote from suppliers
- Keep track of packaging inventory
- Defective check on quality issue
- Update & maintain product info in the system
Requirement:
- Diploma in Media & Communications and/or relevant discipline
- PC literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably shipping knowledge
- Possess initiative and good communication skill (Written and Spoken)
- Strong in co-ordination skill, experience required
- Passion for movies is an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately
Salary Range SG$1500 above (depending on experience)
