Responsible for the appropriate repositioning n formulating asset management plans with the view of maximising performance and enhancement of capital growth for the properties under your charge, taking into account all relevant market conditions n internal business objectives. Plan for strategic acquisition of new assets , redevelopment n divestment of existing assets. Proactively manage tenant mix, devise n implement effective marketing plans n control related expenses to maixmise net operating income of buildings under your charge to drive yields up n maintain good service to clients.
Possess a degree in Estate Management / Building / Business or Accountancy with at least 5 years of experience in strategic asset management and planning with a large property group. Experience in BD and divestments, assets securitization, or merger and acquisitions with property-related business will be an added advantage.
