The Challenges
The successful candidate will be representing Healthcare Group Polyclinics for the delivery of excellent frontline services to patients in the dental clinic. You will be required to perform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries and performing administrative duties.
Job Requirements
GCE “O” / “N” Level
Computer literate
At least 1 year’s experience in frontline and customer service
Customer-service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and cheerful personality
Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferably those staying in the north
Contract position
