Responsibilities:
1)The shipping Co-ordinator will assist the Shipping Manager and Assistant Shipping Manager.
2)He/She will liaise with group offices, logistics and accounts department, financial institutions, freight forwarders and insurance agents.
Requirements:
1)Meticulous, self driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
2)Proficient in Word and Excel.
3)Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
4)Knowledge on shipping inco terms/LC documentation.
5)Hands on experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
6)At least 3 years of shipping experience.
7)Min ‘A’ Level.
