•Receiving Purchase Order (PO), check for stock availability and forecast raw material
•For urgent materials with short-lead time given for delivery, highlight to the respective supplier when necessary
•Handling customers’ pull-in request on delivery date and order changes request such as; order quantity change, order cancellation which are all subject to approval
•Stock monitoring and check the aging stock
•Handle customers’ inquires
•Handles order processing
•Liaise with customers/ vendors on deliveries, shipment, orders etc
•Provide administrative support to department
Must be meticulous and a team player
