As a key player in ensuring patient satisfaction, your key function is to manage feedback in a prompt, professional and consistent manner.
You will work closely with the respective divisions in the organisation to investigate and respond to all complaints. You will also monitor, analyse and provide reports on feedback trends to management. You will manage the feedback system and escalate concerns when appropriate.
Requirements: • Degree or higher in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
