As part of the clinic management team, you will work closely with various clinical and non-clinical departments of the clinic to ensure efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care. You will also be responsible for planning and implementaing strategies to improve work processes and service quality within and across polyclinics.
The Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Have a passion for analysing and improving operations
Experience in operations/administrations in healthcare sector will be an advantage
Possess strong leadership with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
