You will work closely with the Manager in the talent management of research manpower by developing policies and managing budget for clinicians and study coordinators involved in clinical research.
Requirements:
• Degree in Science/Life Sciences/Health Sciences/Bio Sciences/Pharmacy from an accredited university
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a study coordinator or clinical research associate is preferred
• Familiarity with HR practices and website/project management will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
• Independent and meticulous individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
