I am a New Delhi based B.Arch graduate (07' batch) from CCA (Chandigarh College of Architecture),India currently working with an Indian PSU HSCC (I) Ltd, as an Executive Architect for the past one year.
The present job profile requires me to work with a team of one or two architects on a particular project right from the conceptual stage to final design proposal. The process in totality allows me to develop an initial study report, site analysis, design evolution and co-ordination with respective disciplines of engineering (Civil, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & other specialized services). Preparing conceptual design schemes, study reports, presentation, working, Submission drawings (Using AutoCAD, Photoshop & Sketchup)& regular site visits include the scope of work.
