KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive maintenance for base stations
- Provide technical support to Customer Support & Sales departments for demonstration
- Perform coverage test and site survey for network optimisation
- Ensure minimum base stations failures and network downtime
- Peform standby duty and Mox maintenance
- Provide technical support for new products development
(C) GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Sciences
- Good interpersonal skills and able work in a team
- Possess problem-solving skill
- Ability to provide technical support, integrating 3rd party solutions as needed to support business initatives
Experience
- At least 2 - 3 years relevant working experience
- Those with site experience will be an added advantage
Certifications/Others
- CCNA
