Duties and Responsibilities
* Design, review and implement Compensation & Benefits (C & B) policies and programmes. * Participate in market survey, conduct benchmarking and analysis of C & B practices. * Manage compensation exercises including salary reviews and performance management.
The Requirements
* Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits * Analytical with strong numerial skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong leadership and people management skills * Excellent problem solving capabilities * Must be a mature, dedicated, proven leader with proactive communication and team-building skills * Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
