Job Responsibilities:
-Pre-sales bid support and management
-During pre-sales (RFI/RFP) phase, to provide project leadership in translating system solutions into plans, guidelines and specific actions and direction for the implementation team to achieve.
-Responsible for and act as single contact for providing operation support in bid support & management stage
-Complete operational relevant responses & provide Project Plans, including SOW, Project Schedules, Responsibilities Matrix, Risk Management (Risk Mitigation Plan), and coordination required to deliver a comprehensive and integrated Project Plan that ensures desired business results.
-Provide total inclusive operational costs with any foreseen risk/cost exposures based upon the committed obligations.
