Responsibilities:
To achieve company's sales targets
To manage company's existing clientele
To identify potential clients, conduct site viewings, price negotiation and review and execute documents
To provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
To follow-up on client's requests
To build and maintain good relationships with clients
Requirements:
Possess own car
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 GCE 'O' levels
Candidates with good presentational skills and interpersonal skills is a must
Highly motivated, hardworking, patient and independent
Proficient in Windows and MS Office
Fresh graduates and experienced agents are also welcome
