You will work in our Singapore Collection Centre (call-centre environment) under Group Credit, which adopts the best collection approaches according to Bank' standard of performance.
Responsibilities· Monitor the actions performed by the agencies / law firms to ensure maximum recoveries. · Negotiate with borrowers on the settlement of the debt. · Assignment of cases to the agency / law firms. · Ensure efforts to recover from the accounts are exhausted before re-assigning the cases with another agency or to assign cases to law firms to purse legal actions against the parties or further recovery. · Conduct periodic audit on agency. · Other duties when assigned.
Requirements· Diploma / Degree holders with at least 1 year of similar work experience. Fresh legal studies diploma graduates are welcome to apply. · Highly motivated team player. · Knowledge of basic IT skills. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Good analytical and decision-making skills.
